This is not always true. Some so-called bosses are really mean and ungrateful. Most of them forget all the good things you did for them and only remember your mistakes like thet are perfect, even if it's just one mistake...90% of bosses are trash

Trust me, by giving my ideas to my manager has never been seen at positive and that's because someone belittled about me with that manager.... Like drawing wrong picture about me so no matter how beautifully I decorate things and provide, always the black mark is searched on it to put me down. Done amazingly well on some work only at the end to see my manager not bothered at all. So, no matter whatever you try to do once someone holds prejudice against a person it's almost impossible to survive there

Thank you so much for this video and all your videos. I am absorbing it and I’ll practice it. I can tell you’re thoughtful, have great communication/social skills, and understand how to be practical as well as share your knowledge and the wisdoms you’ve gained through experiencing or witnessing things in your life.

As I said I’ll absorb the things you explain and then I’ll go out and practice in different scenarios. You know the truth when you hear it; your advice is thought out and felt and not just self help blabber. I know I need to work on how I authentically see myself and that also teaches others how to see me. It is good for both my inner self and my interpersonal self.

You are right, but only in case of your boss or manager is honest. In my job I make a high quality of work. More often my co-workers congratulate me about. Now guess what happen? There are times I propose improvements to make more production. Unfortunately, my supervisor rejects always my ideas. But in contrary, three to four weeks later, he comes back to them with some change of words as a fruit of his research and he gets on credit to the manager. Every time, I am the one first he chooses to explain insistently his fake discovery. Despite that, I recognize my ideas. If I tell him the true, he becomes angry to me and makes it a subject of conflict, battle between him and I. Very sad. You see how sometimes people are not honest at all!!!

Good tips, those that want to move up should go above and beyond. Focus on what's important to your boss or the company. My best employees are the ones I trust to get stuff done when I delegate.
