I don’t have social anxiety, don’t lack confidence, always get referred too as too nice. My workers don’t listen, just treat me as a friend not as a boss. I had to hire a older person, and use them as my conduit to pass on any teaching to the workers. My methods and skills, they won’t learn from me, but learn from the older teacher that teaches them the same thing that I tried the first time…. Frustrating!!!!
