This is one of my favorite ones. I listen to your videos every night. Or in the day for naps or to just calm my anxiety. I love that everytime I wake, you are still talking do I don't wake up having to start it over. I also love pink noise. I would love if you also made one to green noise.

Nice voice. Soothing. Good rhythmic pace. No need to refer specifically to each finger, specific sides. Many people don't know the body well or the terms like "glute", triceps etc. Keep words nonspecific like "release the jaw" or muscles around the mouth. Words that stimulate imagination like "floating" etc. are good. Text me. I've many more suggestions.
