A patient in their 90s developed visible left chest pulsations after an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, as seen in this video. An echocardiogram revealed a severely dilated right heart with elevated pulmonary artery systolic pressures as a result of acute pulmonary embolism (blood clot to the lung).
