regarding the 1st tip, when starting out furniture can DRAIN your money really fast, and ive found it better to use toys / kitchenware to get your money up and then you can start selling furniture.

These are good Tips but I think buying a Bus Stop is actually better than alot of parking spaces, as you have to deal with crowdiness if you have more parking spaces.
