Use peroxide, baking soda, vinegar to wash stains from your underwear. The peroxide will remove blood stains. The baking soda will brighten the stain. The vinegar will soften your clothes and remove odor. Shout does not work that well and is more expensive than the products I listed. More than likely, most people have all the products I mentioned.

Lastly, use Dawn dish washing soap for all oil stains on clothing.

Put Vaseline on the spots you're putting perfume on so it stays on longer and it's more fragrant.
If you want a soft and subtle smell mix in parfum in with unscented lotion. You can even put a little on your brush to make you smell nice. 😉

For number 2: Everytime I go to take a shower, I always throw them dirty underwears in the shower, if it's a period stain, or it smelly. I hand scrub them draws while I'm on the shower to immediately remove stains instead of letting them marinade in the hamper to becoming permanent. Done that all my life.

It’s actually better to spray perfume behind your knees and the folds of your arms. It activates the notes with your body hit and create a bit of a scent bubble.

NEVER use Shout on your panties!!! I made that mistake one too many times trying to remove blood stains and let me tell you it caused my ph levels to be off and I ended up with Vag problems…undies should be washed separately with sensitive detergent!!
