Understanding the US Constitution is so very important to the preservation of our republic.
Thank you for doing this!

A speedy trial, I hope they don’t think holding people over two years before seeing a judge. That was for people who were at a rally and didn’t even go into the White House

Civics must be taught again in our schools. I'm a retired Public Defender. People ask me how I could get a monster off? Answer: I am a defender of the 6th Amendment. We must not allow the state to deny the rights of the accused. What if you were innocent but without the 6th amendment?

Man all of this makes red flag laws seem like they shouldn't be a thing.

Represent by counsel not foreign agent, a bar lawyer. Bar- British Accredited Agency . We are not supposed to be represented codes and Statues created by the bar, which is a due paying union.

Nice. This is great as to have you stand a fair trial although most of the time it seems you are guilty until proven innocent not the other way around

This should be the case in all trials in court even in traffic courts. But its not done. You have been accused of traffic violations but no lawyer is afforded to you? This would make court burdensome and is not done because of that reason. But the constitution provides for it.

Why didn't the people arrested for January 6th get a speedy public trial? Oh, because the suits in charge could care less about the law. Many have been behind bars for 600 days now with no trial.
