The right to do whatever I want, as long as it causes no harm. This got me all hyped up in the feelings.

The 9th has also been used in supreme court cases where law enforcement officials attempted to lie about how a law works in order to make an arrest.

Federal Child support "laws" states that ONLY non-custodial parents (men) whose families are receiving public assistance should be subjected to child support proceedings and enforcement however most men who are separated from their child(ren) and still caring for their child(ren) are routinely being subjected to unnecessary child support proceedings and enforcement by their individual state in clear violation of the 9th amendment.

I was homeless in five states before I was a teenager. So Tell me do I have the right to refuse medication? If I do, why is my government Construing that Right and telling me I don't have the Right to Approve it?

The right to travel isn’t explicitly mentioned, therefore it would fall under the 9th amendment :)

Just arguing wording alone like when arguing the 8th amendment, why doesn't this apply to felony disenfranchisement? I understand the state and federal separation, but why hasn't this been applied to challenge harsh sentences handed down as with those of habitual offenders or minority offenders?

So this is what covers the whole driving is a privilege not a right well not according to the 9th

So basically the 9th Amendment gives you the right to tell people to fuck off if they tell you you can’t do something when it is within your own personal self interest or self being, even though it isn’t necessarily stated or covered in the Constitution. Sounds cool and very important to have

Wouldn't gun control laws also be a violation of the 9th amendment?
