I brang mine in the house it was pretty big but now there is only brown branches, does that mean its dead ? Or is it lije a fig tree and come back in summer? Cause even tho its brown i still water it, am i wasting my time ? Please let me know and thanks

Wrong. Seperate each plant and propagate in seperate planters

You need to separate out each individual plant otherwise it will really not grow.
