This is very similar to the types of full-body routines designed by Bradley J. Steiner, especially in his book A Complete Guide to Effective Barbell Training. That would be an excellent text to cover for this series.

The Weiders did Draper wrong...when ARNOLD arrived they put him on the back burner....i heard he was a super nice guy and never held a grudge. Overall he had a great physique and tv/movie career. THE "BLONDE BOMBER" RIP

I finally started reading Brother Iron, Sister Steel recently since I'm a huge admirer of Draper and found his website articles to be splendidly well written. Dave is a gem, and has one of the most unique physiques of all time.

I just finished a month of this routine from Brother Iron Sister Steel. I’m onto the 2nd one, Tough Fit. Cool to see someone else is reading his book & applying the routines!

I needed a reboot - and this routine was a great step back to basics.

Interesting enough is the “Full range of motion”, in the Era of bodybuilding, was in regards to Presses and StiffArm work that bodybuilders would do (like in chair dips) lockout on the top of movements. Maybe that’s why they would be stronger (in certain lifts).
