i think the biggest issue for us this season wasn't just down to the manager. it's the injuries. now there's rumours going around claiming that poch's training method was the cause, but not sure how accurate it was. my point is it doesn't matter who the club brings in as the new head coach, if we are going to struggle with injuries still then there will be trouble for the team and the manager anyway. they really need to reexamine the medical staff and facilities because the injuries we have had this last couple of seasons just doesnt make any sense.

Most of our fans who are underrating him don't even realize this guy has worked under some really good managers like Marcello lipi, Manuel pellegrini, Carlo ancelotti and finally Pep guardiolla so must have picked something from them
