I ate raw garlic everyday for 7 days and this happened

Hey y'all,

At the beginning of May I decided to eat raw garlic and see what would happen. If you have experience with eating garlic please share your experience with me.

I have been eating garlic with lemon and honey for 25 years and I have never fallen sick, or had need to go to a doctor, so garlic is definitely a miracle herb.

I started eating garlic after some research. It helps me cure my sinus disease and contain the cold water when taking a bath. Lastly, I prepare the garlic by grating 2 cloves and put it in a glass of water, drink it in the morning in an empty stomach or before breakfast and again in the evening before sleeping and also helps my blood pressure goes to normal

I have been coughing for almost six months, took different medications to no avail. Started taking 3 cloves of garlic, crushed, in hot water, with 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp of honey for a week or so and voila, my cough disappeared! Best medicine I've ever taken.

I also eat garlic regularly, it helps my blood pressure tremendously! I eat it raw with a few leaves of spinach at the same time which really helps with the burning sensation! Thanks for posting!♥️

Garlic is so healthy. I read somewhere to chop it and let rest for 10 min before consuming to increase its wonders. I mince several cloves of garlic into the blender with tiny bit of water. Let it rest for 10 min. Purée. Strain. Drink the strong garlic shot and wait for the next five minutes of misery to pass and then feel super duper!

I've tried eating this garlic remedy and it does help!!! In order to overcome the stinging sensation is to try drinking it with warm water instead of cold or tap water!!! Like the young lady said, the positives outweight the negatives!!! Good eating!!!

I chopped it then add it to a spoon of honey then I swallow it. That way you won't be bothered by the smell and it actually works better.

Chop garlic cloves finely, then fill capsules and take with water. This will eliminate the burning, and take it straight to your stomach.

I've been taking raw garlic for 3 years now. Chop it into tiny bits wait 10 minutes then swallow it with water. Works wonders shrunk my tumors and less colds good skin.

I eat garlic everyday but I don't chew it. I take a piece, cut it into smaller pieces then I swallow them like you would a vitamin capsule with water. My digestive system does the rest. No smelly mouth afterwards.

Girl you are absolutely right about the benefits of eating garlic. I’m asthmatic, and because of COVID-19 I started eating 1 peg of garlic daily with honey and orange juice. It does wonder for me and my kids. No more wheezing, smells better, my mouth stays fresh, and no common cold symptoms. I definitely recommend it.

For those people who find the raw garlic to be too much on their stomach or too pungent... you may want to try black garlic. It’s fermented and the taste is mild. It sort of has a teriyaki/balsamic flavor. Benefits include lowering blood pressure, lower cholesterol, immune boosting and great for digestion, I also think it is easier to digest where as raw can cause some gastric issues. I like to eat both bc I have high cholesterol.

Chop the garlic up in pill size (do not chew the garlic). Swallow the cut up garlic like a pill. Should not burn that way. One way I eat it.

Yes garlic is good. It even helps to control cholesterol. It is good for the heart.

Hey, I chew a raw clove and swallow it with water, I like the burn. I've read that letting it sit for ten minutes after mincing is better. I feel fresher and have more energy. I feel better when I eat raw garlic. I'm no scientist and I can't spit facts but I've read its food for reducing plaque in the veins and blood pressure etc.

I'm a garlic eater myself and I could eat it anytime of the day. To avoid the small, just eat an apple or a slice immediately after eating garlic. It works!

I have eaten garlic also and had the same effects that you did but as far as Im concerned it is well worth it because the benefits far outweigh the burning which I believe is part of how garlic dries up mucus so quickly.
