It is genuine. I have used it to claim warranty for my earphones which were not working. It reimbursed the 70% of the amount. Then I checked why only 70% in Terms n conditions so it showed in case the device is totally not working and no chance of repair like in case of earphones which mostly happens then 30% amount will be depricated if the age of device is 13 to 24 months and 50% amoubt will be reduced if the age of device is 25 to 36 months( it will depend upon the plan choosen either for one year or two years) but it is genuine👍

I had taken the phone, Redmi Note Pro, they have mooted it all in their policy, that everything from liquid to accidental damage is covered. Now that the phone is liquid damaged, they have stopped everything by giving a useless reason, just do not know India can grow in the company of this company ??
