So I got into an accident in jax fl December 29 2021. I was about a foot away from the car infront of me my foot slipped off the brakes, and I rolled into her car. There was absolutely zero damage to her car. Not even a scratch! Four months later her insurance claims she was injured. No claim on the car! She waited 4 months to see a doctor, and says I messed up her ankle and neck and My insurance sent her multiple letters for over a year trying to get her to get a doctor to prove these, "injuries not only exist, but that they were undeniably cause by the accident." She never once complyied! Now I get a letter saying I have to use my 10 thousand dollar insurance to cover her injuries, and she wants an affidavit for more and yet again my insurance actually wants to pay Keep in mind I have usaa (insurance only for veterans) Then today when I called they said the accident was labeled as happening in Tampa. Two and a half hours away. I have never even been to Tampa! My insurance still wants to pay and for me to pay an additional 3 grand out of my pocket. Which I definitely do not have... please help me. 🙏 I don't know what to do.... I asked her if she wanted me to call the police and emergency services when this happened trying to be a good person. Even though I knew there was no way she could be hurt, and there was zero damage. She said no.

I saw hit in a head on crash and went unconscious. When I woke up on the ICU a couple days later I had suffered 2 nerves severed from my spinal cork, broken spine, hip, nose, arm and many other bones. I needed 3 surgeries, one which required a transplant of a nerve. I was in a wheelchair for 3 months and needed years of physical therapy to try to get any movement from my arm again. Now for about 8 months after I returned the signed affidavit to get my settlement they tel my the same thing. “We haven’t received the lien from MediCal.” They must be lying because MediCal has informed me that they sent the lien out in November and takes 1-2 months. At this point they’re all giving me the runaround and I have no idea who to trust.

hi, I was in a really bad accident last month leaving my car almost cut in 2 the injuries I had was neck pain, back pain, knee pain, and my face was really cut up even leaving multiple scars. i turned on yellow light and idk if it was my fault or not but it was a city truck speeding up to try and beat the light and hit me on my passenger side going around 60-70mph along with the physical pain in the last month my mental health also severely declined as that was my only car and I had put all of my money into it. is it to late to sue the city and if not would I get settlement money because it's a city vehicle? thank you.

Coverage can also be denied for Material Misrepresentation., which includes unlisted house hold members ( Anyone 15 years old or older not listed on the policy that lives in the household) This seems to be the most common reason for denial. I also see quite a few where the insured person refuses to talk to their insurance adjuster. This leads to denial for no cooperation. What happens with no cooperation is the other insurance company will not subrogate you personally and suspend your drivers license and tags on all vehicles until an agreement can be made. There are many variables that could cause your claim to be approved or denied, but in all cases the higher the settlements paid, the higher everyone's insurance rates go up.

I was in a accident on 6/9/23. I can not get a lawyer to represent me because there were no injuries. The other driver made a left hand turn and stopped in my lane. I slammed on the breaks but my car did not stop in time. When I was almost to the other vehicle the other driver released their brake and allowed their vehicle to roll forward. My car hit behind their driver side door and in front of the rear wheel. I called 911 for an officer to document the accident report. My car never left my lane and stopped 15 feet behind the stop bar. The law enforcement officer lied on the vehicle accident report. The LEO said I was speeding. The LEO said I crossed the center line. The LEO said there were skid marks showing I crossed the center line. The LEO said I damaged the other vehicles front, drivers side fender, drivers side door, and drivers side middle of their vehicle. The LEO said I was at fault and caused the accident. The front of my vehicle was damaged and torn off. The only part of the drivers side on my car that was damaged was the corner of the drivers side fender behind the headlight. My right side fender is also pushed back. Cops are dirty. The driver and the passenger are from that area and the three cops that reported to the scene are from that area. The passenger seemed intoxicated. The officers never offered to do a blood alcohol screen. The passenger was joking with the sergeant asking him to put him in handcuffs so he could send a photo to his wife. The sergeant and passenger appeared to be friends. I am also a truck driver with a Class A CDL and will not be able to drive in the industry for the next 3-10 years because of this accident and the fictional account of the LEOs vehicle accident report. My vehicle is totaled. The other party had some scratches behind the driver side door. As I left the accident scene I heard the sergeant yelling at the men in the other vehicle. I am sure it was because they were intoxicated and caused an accident.

Hello I’m a fan of your videos I hope you can give me some insight so I was in a car accident last year feb 24th 2021 suv tboned me on my driver side while I was driving and he admitted fault and I’ve done the following, chiropractor, epidural injenctions 2 in lower back 1 in neck, 2 mri and X-rays and emg of my left leg, I’ve seen 2 back surgeons 1 said I had a herniated disc and recommended surgery second surgeon said I had a bone detached and said I needed spinal fusion surgery because the emg reaveled nerve damage in left leg and the second mri revealed way more , the person that hit me has a 250, 000 dollar policy with State Farm and I was wondering if you think it’s likely I can get the full policy because I’m in horrible back pain now a days since the accident and it’s affected my life greatly and working in my original field I live in California ????

I am from the UK and I'm going through the same thing. I was driving along the road and the other person was on the opposite side of the road I was driving 40 mph and the other person was driving 60 mph with a head collision of 100 mph. I sustained injuries whilst the other person didn't. The other driver wasn't insured. She lied to her insurance and backdated it 1-month prior when at the time she would have been insured. My solicitor is going through MIB ( Motor insurance bureau) which they will be justice. Both cars was written off. I it had taken over 3 weeks to qualify for a courtesy car because of her errors. The whole time my partner had to get the public transport. She is still refusing to give a statement to the police which I think they should be more justice about if bringing her in for her arrest. The police think she was distracted by eating behind the wheel.
