Super clear and helpful. Thank you so much. I missed years of payments on a claim that I won several years ago but the injury was service-related back in 1968 or 69. That's 49+ years of lost revenue. And the injury is now worse and has led to other complications...

My Tinnitus has gotten worse over the years since ive gotten out and its making it difficult to sleep and its depressing. Can i file a secondary for that now?

I am getting ready to file claims for 3 different presumptive conditions from the Gulf War Pact Act stuff. It's going to take me longer to get one of my conditions completed than the other 2. Can I or should I start 3 different claims, thus three intent to files and then just finish them individually as I get all of my paperwork together for each condition, or should I just start one claim and then not finish it until I have the paperwork for all three and file for all three on the same claim.

i spent 20 years 1mo 3days retired in feb 1986 i went to va because i was having problems with my knees and they told me i did not have a claim i spent 2 1/2 years in viet nam how do i get my med records because i was in an auto accident in nov of 1970 and broke my knees and hurt my stomach i really dont go to the doctor much is there any thing i can do i know at the end of your tutorial you said no evidence i am wasting my time
