In addition to Buffett being brilliant in many ways he is truly very funny. I've watched many of their annual meetings, CNBC and other financial channel interviews. He is always extremely funny with a great sense of humor. Even this clip with his statement about charlie I found hysterical.

Rather than lauding philanthropy as a way to deal with social problems, we should see it as an indicator of insufficient public expenditure.

Otherwise, we risk relying on the caprice of economic predators to solve social challenges.
