Chocolate Cupcakes Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil (112g)
1 tsp of vanilla extract (4ml)
1 tsp of distilled white vinegar (4ml)
1 cup of water (250ml))
1 1/2 cups of flour (180g)
1 cup of sugar (200g)
1 tsp of salt (4g)
1 tsp of baking soda (4g)
1/2 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened) (50g)

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
4 cups of powdered sugar (confectioner's) (500g)
1/2 cup of softened butter (4 oz)
8 oz of Cream Cheese (115g)
2 tsp of Vanilla extract (8ml)
