Vlad, HAVE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS! This is actually interesting. Doesn't it feel good to not be taking about violence, prison rape, drugs, and Suge/Pac????

I think this guy convinced me to stop smoking and be more healthy while I’m relatively young (26)

This man is truly remarkable and despite his seemingly obsessive preoccupation about 'not-aging' he is on to something. He is an experiment in himself, and experimenting on himself. Kudos to him and God bless him. I am an admirer. 👌👌

Eat ya veggies, get more sleep, exercise, cut out bad habits and stick around until a breakthrough in science comes out 💯

My GMa (maternal) passed 3 days before her 93rd bday. She had many siblings most passed after 90 one of her older sisters lived to 105. From my understanding they still had their good mental health for the majority of the end time for them. My mama has 8 siblings all over 50, the oldest is 80, only one has passed and it was from drug related issues save for my father's side big family only one person has passed. I've honestly lost more people from my generation that's under 30 to natural and violent reasons.

It was actually a fascinating and quite a different kind of interview.

I guess he is forgetting that control is an illusion. We actually control nothing. Think about it. Outside of that thought comes the idea of insanity.

I’m sure he is working on it but, what would be more IMPACTFUL than his blueprint to longevity which could vary based on a person’s specific body, background, environment etc, is the ability for an average person to do the tests he is doing so they can in real time, pinpoint their deficiencies and make meaningful adjustments. The most powerful tool for any growth is feedback. A nimble all encompassing micro diagnostic tool would be life changing. (Like more than a Whoop or other wearables)

As someone who has worked in the health and wellness industry for 15+ years and also owns his own gym in NYC, it is true that most approaches to fitness can been seen as a microcosm of religion. Everyone does have their ideas about what is optimal that isn’t always based in science and logic AND also there are many approaches because within the industry people have various goals beyond just living longer.

I took a look at Bryan’s blueprint and honestly the program he suggests from a nutrition or even a physical fitness aspect is not mind blowing and seems super intuitive if you understand basic concepts of sports science and nutrition.

I’d say the most important part of his message is people taking control of their lives and longevity through the choices they make is the most powerful.

Everytime i hear a age debate i think about Eddie Murphy as a barber in Coming To America. "Joe Louis is 137 years old !" went from 75 to 76 to 137 🤣

The inside of his body is getting younger with all these treatments. However, if you look on the outside, he has had Botox done, has a relatively intact hairline, wears a chain to get a more youthful appearance, and has great posture. People with more melanin, however, don't do any of these treatments and are in their 30s still looks like they are in their 20s. Genetics will always be the key factor.
