The only answer is government regulation with teeth. Doctors know what they can and can't do. Attorneys know what they can and can't do. Accountants know what they can and can't do because of regulation. AI platforms need the same fences.

A non-answer to a question. How lovely and vague.

A very politically correct way to avoid answering the question and sending a message that no even though its dangerous or ever would be will never stop 😢😅

There is a big red button to shut off the data center. He can't even get that right. This interview was far too kind.

So we can’t really stop this but we can slow down things if we choose (and the power isn’t in our hands). These guys are like Frankenstein but without a purpose, simply following the discoveries no matter where it takes them.

I thought this interviewer had credibility until she called anti immigration far right

Just pull the plug, it's better for the environment (AI has a huge carbon footprint) and better for most of humanity. The only people who won't like it are the shareholders and owners of AI companies such as "fired/rehired" sam and bezos and the like.

He doesn't know the answer. We're walking blindly into a world where AI could quite easily take over, and we cannot do a thing about it. What bothers me about all of this is that this is being left to a small select group who don't quite know what they're doing and we are relinquishing our ability to learn and develop as humans to computers and AI because we cannot be bothered.
