Could you do some videos on gaining back insulin sensitivity, optimizing digestiond and/or minicuts during prolonged gaining phases and if you make any changes to your training during these periods.

John what is your viewpoint on one of the more common approaches within the so called "evidence based" community which I would consider myself apart of, of taking a couple week to get to maintenance and then take a couple extra to get to a surplus, so the entire "reverse diet" is only 3-4 weeks. The idea of getting out of the deficit ASAP for improved performance, reversing metabolic and other hormonal adaptations, and getting the mind less food focused.
