I have a case filed at DOL-WHD and i have recieve the letter with the case number WHD brossure booklet signed by officer . It says in the mail I will wait for the second mail . After seven months of waiting i called and the answer was my case did not pick up by lawyers due to limited resources and intstructed me to find my own lawyer. Itried calling labor lawyers and law firms help from legal dept helping people with low income. No law firms interested .
My case is so special for workers being discriminated, abused, cheated and fraudulent actions was the wrong doings for employment agencies to the workers misclassified and abused. I am still looking for chances that my case will be heard all over US what will I do with the government not helping laborers or employers .

the employment laws meant to protect workers and the general public.

tell people what is needed to hold these companies accountable. most companies break alot of rules to get ahead.

it should employment lawyer job to beat on employers not to protect them. but in unbiased when it is appropiate. this helps restore standards in society.

Yes, please do a video on arbitration. It’s insidious and unfair in the sense that, at the end of the day, the arbitrator - who should ideally be a neutral party - is always on the side of the employer because they are *paid* by the employer.
