The perfumers and duelists have my favorite armors in the Lands Between! The way the cloth moves in combat is so cool!

Tarnished Archeologist noted that in their role as healers of Omen, the Perfumers would have learned all about the curse of the Omen (which appears to be a real thing, not just the Golden Order wanting to forget the past), and would have turned to euthanasia.

their new accursed symbols on their aprons reminds me a lot of Messmers character build, the red snakes are a dead giveaway

The Perfumers lowkey have a shitload of depth that even this video isn't covering. Just the Perfumer's tower alone early in Leyndell is enough to capture the imagination, where they're defended by "broken" (or rather, half built?) Gargoyles, wielding their own spark aromantic, but also is seemingly treating the effects of Dung Eater's Curse in the nobles of the capital, with the High Page and the corpse containing one of the first available Seedbeds.

Perfumers aren't just apothecaries, they're goddamn alchemists.

I wonder if the Lands Between just reek of rott from all directions, and that's also part of why perfumers became more prominent. Death blight, the omen curse, Scarlet rott, all direct consequence of the Golden Order's actions, now all being "treated" or "covered up" by agents with the ability to mask their smell.
