Mine just had a black screen and every time I hold the power button for a couple of seconds and then it turns off. So now it finally booted so I put the power cable out of it and I pressed multiple times on the power on/off button and for some reason it worked. At first I was wondering if I could see it via the HDMI port but that was aswell a black screen. Hopefully it stays fixed. Otherwise I have to return it it's a brand new MSI laptop pretty fked up ngl. I guess there is something wrong with the battery since I let the power cable in it for the whole day. Or there is something wrong with a driver that I installed yesterday on it. But I doubt it will be that driver since it's from the MSI website.

So how i get this small menue, it's all black ?

Reloaded the computer as you stated but then after a windows update it is doing the black screen again. What do you recommend now?

Also, rolling back feature AND quality updates does nothing .😊
