Hi I've had the same problem and switched my boot method to legacy support. It's running fine but it doesn't support safe boot up so I won't be able to upgrade my system to windows 11. Is there a way to fix this? I assume I have to reset my motherboard

For new Lenovo laptop bios. Check if after bios update the Intel VMD Controller is not set to: Enabled. It may cause problems with detecting your hard drive. Set it to Disabled, And check if Sata controller mode is set to AHCI.

So if changing from UEFI to Legacy Support did not work should I switch it back?

So switching it to Legacy mode worked for me but does that mean that I can't boot into Windows 10 in uefi mode without pre-installing the operating system.
