I can't explain how grateful I'm feeling right now to the whole Lenovo support team!!
Really thanks for posting this out....
I've tried by all means to fix the bluetooth driver issue
I tried using the troubleshooters, tried downloading the drivers manually which didn't even work, , ,
Finally I tried rolling back to the previously created restore point as described at the end of the video..
Which finally did work.
This one video is a saviour for real!!
