Lenovo laptop not booting into windows, quick resolution and diagnostics

Hi mine is a lenovo laptop idea pad for and I did what you said but I am not getting past the lenovo logo therefore I can not start windows 10 and get back in all I see is the logo for lenovo I logged it off and on and I can not get anything from holding f1 key either, any suggestions from anyone would be greatful

I have a boot problem now a boot screen think pad setup screen appears
Then a blank screen
Then initializing for boot
Then chose a tab menu/app menu screen appears and again boot screen appears


kindly guide me in this issue, if I have connected USB (lazesoft password recovery)with lenovo laptop still issue is same

, boot initialization screen appears, choose the device for boot(usb)
, then lazesoft app opens after password reset I click on reboot then again think pad screen appears
