You have missed one very important step there. Never turn off your pc when updating BIOS
If you updating OS you shouldn't but it can be repeated but if you turn off it when updating BIOS your last hope is "hardware updating BIOS" and it is not so simple

After bios flash I highly recommend shutting down and unplugging the power cable, pulling the bios battery and then holding down on the power button for 20 to 30 seconds in order to clear all settings completely and not relying on just a clear cmos button or jumper. A google search of how to correctly update bios will result in many forums suggesting draining all power from MB after an update.

The Keyboard I am using uses 2 USB plugs, so it registers as 2 Keyboards on the startup screen (before bios)

I highly recommend resetting BIOS to "Optimized Defaults" before updating your BIOS so you can be 100% sure that you have a stable system that wont brick BIOS upgrade.Even XMP is not guaranteed to work sometimes

After updating to Agesa 1.0.0.5, in cinebench20 I have around 100 point more compared to abba version on my 3700x. I think temperatures dropped tiny bit or it's just a placebo.

I was thinking of updating my motherboard BIOS but than I asked my self. Why? Everything works just fine. I know I'd have to update the BIOS to use a 3600 or 3700 CPU but with the 2600 I don't know if I should bother. With my luck I'd end up bricking it lol.

Hey, i have one problem After updating my bios. At The first time everithing works fine, but when i wanted to restart pc, i doesnt restart, comupter Was runing, but display, keyboard, mouse Was turned off. After hard reset it starts normally...

You can also use a program like amibios to flash your bios inside of windows.

Fabio, you forget to show how to flash bios with the backside button on x570 Asus because many people don't know-how.

Before updating bios I always backup current (stable) version to USB drive if something goes wrong (some Gigabyte AM4 boards had major issues with bios in late 2019) after flashing to latest version (crashing during boot, BSOD)
