This helps me SO MUCH when it comes to keeping on my CGM.

It’s getting warm outside, especially here in FL, and when I work out, the sweat is REAL….

And if I’m not careful, I’ll sweat my CGM right out, leaving me ‘flying blind’ til I can put in a new sensor, which isn’t great.

I have patients with a similar struggle, and they try a ton of different things - here are a couple that works for me
(not pictured) - skin tac - these wipes help clean the area of the CGM, and then also make the skin a little extra sticky, so the continuous glucose monitor adheres better.

It takes literally 10 seconds and helps me keep a CGM on for the full ten days (what a concept!)
