Constant Glucose Meter (CGM) by Nutrisense - #shorts

I've been using Nutrisense's CGM and app to monitor my blood glucose levels for almost 6 months and I've learned so much about what foods spike my blood glucose that I would not have thought would.

You don't have to be diabetic to use this, I am not diabetic but wanted to know what trouble foods I was eating that I thought were "healthy" but were actually spiking my blood sugar.

Foods affect us all different, and this CGM and app help figure out what foods do inside your body. I like having that data.

Very informative video, I have been using the FreeStyle libre sensor with Nightrider Blucon. It allows me to read my bloods without having to prick my fingers. I can see exactly the state of my bloods and what has happen. It provides a clear picture of how food and exercise affect my bloods. I feel I can control my diabetes a lot better.

I have a Dexcom g6 that links with my Omnipod 5 pump. It gives me a good idea of what my glucose levels are as a type one diabetic and can also automatically adjust my basal rates

Is it ok to skip it for few weeks or months. Or shift it to manual glucose meter? And does the CGM has develop unease feeling on your skin? How about if you, suddenly hit a furniture or something with it. Will it hurt?
