Agreed, but this shoots up insulin levels because you are not burning it off before sleeping. Post meal somnolence happens from half to 2 hours after the meal. In insulin resistent people, the insulin released will be very very high. Excess insulin means weight gain because of fat storage, and it also means inflammation.

Hamari body ka metabolism night ko slow hota hai.
So always hamein night ko light meal lena chahiye. And for better sleep add more protein to your diet

Dinners should be taken before 4 hours of sleeping, so having more carbs is not a good option, so dinner ke turant baad neend jaldi ajayegi or fat burn nhi hoga, hope this helps ! ❤❤

Thank you for sharing this fact.
Most people blindly advise to eat only light food in dinner and i did it practically many times and felt weak and hungry at night.
So whenever i eat a full meal at night i feel guilty because of brainwash done by people around me.
Thank you for sharing the right knowledge.
I will eat proper dinner at night and sleep without feeling guilty.😊

Agree sir, rice agar rat main khayenge to nind bahot deep hoti hai lekin after 28-30 rice raat main avoid karne chahiye kyunki weight bhi badhana shuru hota hai, jo patle hai vo kha sakte hai

Absolutely right Dr. Because.when I eat early much before sleep that creates sleeplessness then need to eat something that is normal food or milk not any junk food then I sleep comfortably.
