This video is about Broadwalk REIT (BEI.UN REIT) and Brixmor Property Group (BRX REIT). We recently sold these 2 REITs. They are commonly perceived to be blue-chip dividend stocks just like Realty Income (O Stock), but their valuations have expanded a lot lately. We also discuss BSR REIT (HOM.U), which is an apartment REIT that we have been buying lately.

BSR price is dropping, I'm assuming this is because it's dividend is not as high as some other REITs?

UNIT and DLR. I’ve held each for 3-4 months and I’m up 40% and 30% respectively. I’m debating selling these to grow my already large positions in ARE and CCI or my smaller position in BSR.
