Your video shooting and presenting skills are really top notch. Honestly, there isn't too much difference between this format and your more produced ones. Had you not said something I'm not sure I'd have noticed. Sometimes it might be useful to see some graphics on screen but overall, really well done. Also, I appreciate you showing some REITs that have fallen out of your favor including one big loss. Important to learn from that and to know that ever for a seasoned pro, sometimes things can head south.👍

Hello Jussi, thank you for the much detailed REIT content you are creating. Greatly appreciated. What is your opinion on more nich reats like Corecivic or GEO group? These REITs are more specialized in building private prisons, detention centers, refugee camps etc.. Would you invest in some of them? For example Michael Burry has GEO group on his portfolio.
