It always makes me smile watching people’s first time in business class. It’s a huge step up from economy, and it isn’t always that expensive (BA especially has sales all the time) or you could always use miles to upgrade. I recently tried Club Word for the first time after trying many airlines’ business class cabins and found it to be a good product, except for the awkward “facing a stranger” seating (which is only an issue until the safety briefing is done at which point you’re allowed to put the privacy screen up). The bed/bedding was very comfortable and service was excellent. Too bad you got one of the old 777s with the outdated IFE system. Next time try a route like London Heathrow-New York, where BA have upgraded bedding, Do&Co catering (only available on this route I think) and updated IFE.

Can I say how good it was to see 2 ordinary people discovering how the other half live and feeling how we did when we did it the only time and that was being overwhelmed by it all and not knowing what to do is all part of the experience. But at least when I do go then will know how to put the dividing partition up. Thanks for an entertaining video
