My doctor mentioned to me that protein in urine doesn’t come from the protein we are eating. Albumin is a protein that’s produced by the liver. It’s normal to have this protein. In a healthy kidney some albumin will go right through the kidney filter but before going into the bladder it gets reabsorbed into the blood by the kidney pumps. If the kidneys are damaged, some of the protein will seep down to the bladder. Mine was at 300. He said this does not hurt having it leak. However, it’s a marker to show that the kidneys are not functioning optimally. He didn’t offer to put me on any drugs. At least not yet. He did mention that this condition is almost always caused by high blood pressure that was left too long uncontrolled. He said it’s extremely important to monitor your blood pressure preferably daily. It is critical to keep the blood pressure in the normal range to avoid further damage to the kidney. Stay away from added salt. Salt is really good at causing blood pressure to rise. Those meals from HelloFresh for example have spice packages that are often loaded with salt. You might think it’s healthy but the salt content makes it unhealthy. Stay away from processed foods as they are generally loaded with salt. This was the advice I was given yesterday from my family doctor. I thought I’d pass it on.

Bye !
Looks, you are not Doctor, but very honest to upload your experience to the humanity, appreciated.
You at stage 2, 3 since 13 years, looking at you, you are below 35, and wel maintained your problems, proteinuria.. etc, with the help of genuine doctors, congrats.
1. All over relying, on allopathic medications and thinking for haemodialysis or else is not the perfect way to overcome the so called persisting CKD, which in case expected from patients with high creatinine or protine leakage.
2. Pathological testing to ensure health is another thing, but getting panic and downloading hills of pills and reducing healthy diet to make yourself open to further complications due to side-effects, may be undesirable.
3. Studies shows that creatinine is most unstable waste and changes with seasons and various reasons.
4. Proteinuria, foamy urine the reason to lead towards Pathological tests.
Protine intake is unavoidable, also controlling diet for that is tidius, undesirable too.
5. The living body, the metabolism, defense mechanisms and variations in dietary desires are dependent on various factors including changes in climate too, which in general, neglected in the diagnosis.
6. Testing every three months may be essential for serious patients, but only if creatinine is above normal and/or urine is foaming and you run in panic for periodic testing and leading your self to end up in dialysis is really....?
7. Living body in itself is self recovering and hence called as doctor in itself,
Let your self to recover itself
Aamin....

Hello, I honestly have: CKD-3b, diabetes type-2, insulin dependence, and hypertension as I am 71 1/2 years old as a retiree. Well I have discussed over issues about highly specialized diet offered by CDE-RD nurse and getting Dexcom G7 including Apple wrist watch with my nurse practitioner at Endocrine clinic under URMC in Rochester, New York so recently. I am considering about vegan diet or vegetarian diet or Mediterranean diet in careful selection in each choice. In a fact, I am the Second Generation Southern Italian American citizen who is Sephardic Jewish in my ancestral lineage. Well, I inform you that I am congenitally deaf since birth. Then I am the highly intelligent, well-educated Gallaudet University graduate with B.A. in double-majors of Biology and Chemistry in Class of 1981. And then I am extremely sensitive to the vibrating and visual environments in my real life. I have: COX-26 as recessive gene causing Genetic Deafness in my D’Auria Family Tree in Italy in my long family genealogical history. I am interested about “ Best Kidney Diet” videos that are closed- captioning as I listen to them in YouTube. Regards, Christa D’Auria

Take electrolytes powder if it's low it can give you High Blood Pressure can cause your heart rate to be higher . Also taking in small amounts of salt is important because is like a electric charge for the heart if your heart don't have that charge it don't pump right . Not medical recommendation advice but it could be the reason for your H B
Let me know what happens
