I work at night and sleep only 3 am to 6 am from almost 6 months and goes to college for study and chilling out at evening with friends and sometimes my family members and seriously i didn't face any health issues or any thing it's normal for our body our body can adapt almost every things

I work 2 full time job. Sleep 3hrs a day. The first 5 months all info here is accurate, but after my body got use to the 3hr of sleep, I have more energy and feel better. Now if i sleep more than 6hr on my day off i feel like shit.

From last 6to7 months I take sleep of 3-4 hours but i do 1hr yoga 💆💪😌🙏 which give energy, and i able complete my work very fast.

You can train your body to adjust to 4 hours of sleep and be fine. Some people are also naturally better off sleeping no more than 4-5 hours. Think about, it’s only 24 hrs in a day. If you sleep for 8 of them, then you have an 8-9 hr job or more. How will you ever accomplish anything meaningful in life? You can get far more accomplished in life if you sleep less than 8 hrs.
