It's a barking Red Fox...here this often where I live in Galeton, PA (Potter County)

That's a bobcat, not a lion. We have both in Pennsylvania, but a lot more bobcat

Sounds more like a lion to me I grew up in the heavily wooded area of Clearfield county and have seen and heard lions also a avid hunter and trapper, even though the red fox and lion are really similar in sound there is a difference between the two and you really have to pay attention to length of vocalization, pause in between each one, emphasis, just really listen to each animal and you will hear differences
