Its ears remind me of german shepherd but it was kind of walking like a mountain lion.

I would say this is not a Mountain Lion but a German Shepperd, we have a German Shepperd named Maverick that has very similar markings and has the same black tip on his tail. If the was a Mountain Lion the tail would be much bigger around and hanging low to the ground in a u shape. Another thing is the ears of the animal are pointed like that of a German Shepperd while a mountain lion's ears are rounded and not as big. So Not a Mountain Lion.

If that had been a mountain lion, he would not have come so close, unless he was someone's pet, and then he wouldn't be roaming around outside an enclosure.

Seems like it would be a mountain lion because of the color and dark end on the tail but it is definitely a dog. Ears dont match that of a mountain lion.

I was looking up mountain lion vids and seen the caption but the real reason I looked at vid was the attractive pic of reporter the vid did not disappoint.WOW!
