Pro tip: after placing the pizzas in the pans, put them on stove and let it cook for 6 minutes at medium-high flame, check the base it must turn brown. Now put the pizzas in a pre heated oven at 250 C or 500 F and broil for 7 minutes(or until cheese starts to brown). You will get the best crust ever, crispy bottom and a soft top and melted cheese

I've watched 4 videos on making a cast iron pizza. Two recommended spreading the dough on the skillet and putting in the over for 5 minutes then taking it out and adding the toppings, while the other two (like this one) just added the toppings straight off. Now I'm not sure which to try 🤔
