if youre scared to look it up basically theres a little bit of blood and kevin is lying on the ground conscious but his leg is twisted in a very wrong way- so bad to the point where his shin bone is completely sticking out from his leg by about 1-4 inches. there is also a visible hole through his knee where the bone came out. it looks so painful that it doesnt even look real. God bless Kevin.

I saw this when I was 14 live, it was because of many micro fractures that you get from kickboxing for example but from his case it was from jumping. Basically he was over practicing and those micro fractures piled up with not enough recovering time so by game day, his shin was weakened. Recovery is important.

There's an injury in football (it would be soccer for you guys) where a part of a player's skin gets ripped from his leg and you can fully see the muscle and even bone in there, the "funny" part is that the ref didnt even consider it a yellow card foul wich basically means "Nah you're acting it, get up" and surprisingly the dude could walk like nothing ever happened with his leg opened like that one deer video lol
