I follow her on Instagram and she regularly posts about her surgeries and how she is doing. What happened to her is horrific, but she is so damn strong. She went through all of this and yet keeps a positive and optimistic attitude, her boyfriend is with her and supporting her through all of this and she actually has dogs herself that she loves deeply and plans to continue working with dogs in general. Very inspiring woman!

If I recall, she went to the owners house prior to the day she was to dog sit and was told the dogs would be locked up. The owners lied and that poor child walked in to do her job and was ambushed attacked. How she survived, I will never understand and I hope the courts destroy the owners of those dogs. From what neighbors reported, they were very vicious dogs and that falls on the owners. Those dogs should have been boarded and not left to be cared for by one very tiny female, who again was lied to by being told they would be crated. Sadistic depraved, , owners.

Special props to her partner for sticking with her even after she got mauled and disfigured. That has to be the worst thing I’ve ever heard of since the lady who fused with her couch…

I witnessed a close friend of mine get her face ripped apart by a dog when we were 6 years old. I was able to run and get help before any other damage was done. She’s doing great now, but 20 years later I still have nightmares! I can’t imagine what the victims go through! 😢

What I’m most glad about is that her boyfriend is so accepting of her despite her face and despite all she has been through. Also that she is still loves dogs as much as she does. I would understand her if she went on to despise dogs after that because that’s often what trauma does to you. Truly a resilient and proud woman! ❤️
