I knew it! People say I loon 30 even though I’m in my 40s. I never drink tea or coffee and avoid caffeine. No alcohol, no weed or smoking, here’s another secret: no prescriptions (zero zilch. Big pharma wants to age you). I don’t use any cosmetic foundation creams either. Unfortunately I’m terrible sleeper, I need to sleep early and try not to stress, I got my first wrinkle likely because of it (hope it can reverse).

But yea, people think I’m weird that I don’t drink coffee or tea. Meanwhile they’re chugging it down at work daily.
