Eggs, oats, fish, chicken, nuts & berries, durian, avoid excessive sugar, avoid processed beverages, avoid highly processed & fried foods, avoid foods with high levels of MSG, avoid unhealthy sauces & condiments.

I met him in person, sans makeup or good lighting. He's got luminous, very fair and fine skin, and was dressed in a simple tee with jeans. And he looked every inch a model, and possibly someone in his late 30s to early 40s. Best thing is, he's awfully shy in real life, no bravado or airs whatsoever. So I decided I like him enough! 😊

I'm 53, and when I ask people to guess my age, they always say early 30's. I don't lift weights, I don't work out, and not until recently didn't eat well (I'm Raw Vegan now). But one thing I don't do is go around saying I'm getting old, that ages you even more. Just because someone ages, doesn't mean they have to look their age.

Most East Asians look younger than their age. I wouldn't say Chuando Tan looks like he's in his 20s though. He looks like he's in his 40s, and maybe without carefully photoshopped photos, he actually looks older. Never ever believe what you see in Instagram folks.

I am 48 but look early 20ish. I eat only vegetable, including olive, fr uit and nut and drink plenty water and green tea.
I don't eat carbs, bad fat, sugar. Gluten. I feel very healthy!
