I bet Peter would be more trusting of Tony regarding his secret identity than Mysterio

One thing is for sure, Since Peter's identity is already out in the open in this scenario, there's no way Mysterio can frame him for his (Supposed) death since eyewitnesses would be able to corroborate Peter's account of events. Basically Mysterio would be outed as a villain before he could even try to frame Peter.
