They don't slow you down I've been using this service since February and download terybites of data every month and no slow down no throttle nothing, and I get 98% with in 5g service still 4glte and I average 47 to 57 megs on their router however I hook my tplink archer ax1800 and use that as the main router as I use it as a bridge with full processing as the straight talk router is essentially just an access point so being it's only WiFi 5 amd thw tplink is wifi 6 and emart connect the straight talk router is very good it does have a lot of features and functions however it's not the same as the tp-link as its superior for over all functions and routing and definitely gives the connection way more stability and speed as well

Since there's no display screen on the router how do you know if you're receiving a 5G signal from the Tower or a 4G signal? Everytime I run a Speedtest I get 100mbps download and 9 to 10mbps upload.

This is weird...did they increase the speed or something? I'm getting 218 Mbps download...supposed to be capped at 100.

What if it tells us it won't work at our address but I use verizon hotspot and verizon as my phone carrier and I'm always at 5G could I just buy it and set it up at my house?

Wed prefer to use something like this since it has unlimited data and its our rv so wed like something more stable than a mobile hotspot. May I ask you something, my address says it’s not available I live in Alabama, but I did use my brothers address (he lives in georgia, like 10 minutes From where I live). If I buy it with my brother’s address will it still work ?
