You told him very late to exit, this is not how it works, they usually say take the next exit onto your right.

At what point would they consider your speed too slow for a merge and a "fail"? my car often takes a while to hit 100km an hour..
like would 80 or 90 be fine if thats all you could reach in time?

Instructor told to exit very late. Only issue i see here is his speed.

Examiner told the student to exit WAY too late. Window down or up, examiner needs to give ample notice. When I took my test (both to obtain G2 and G) the examiners gave ample notice for every turn, even giving me the street names, and (on the second test which included the highway component) telling me which exit to take off the highway WHILE I WAS MERGING. That is a dangerous instruction telling him to exit that late. No time to check blindspot in case someone is trying to swing around. Also told the student to change lanes when it was not safe to do so.

And when we were at a certain point I even asked "just so I know where I am going is there another component or are we heading back to the testing centre". Both times the examiner gave every instruction with ample notice, and even 2 turns in advance when there was a dual turn so I knew whether to use the inner or outer lane.

Only issue I see is the student was too slow on the merges. Needs to work on that. Apart from that I'd say the examiner was giving not enough notice for turns and stuff. Apart from the second exit ofc

Instructor gave <2 seconds notice to exit highway. At 100 km/h this is very last minute and dangerous. 1:15 instruction given to exit the highway. 1:17 the exit.

I did my test today well but he failed me there are too many No traffic checks he mentioned on the result sheet I don't know why I'm from Sri Lanka I think he hates brown colour people

People saying the instructor was too late at 1:15, it's so typical. Also, at 3:15 there's a lane that's able to be BOTH turned left AND right from, that's weird, usually it's turn only or turn/straight. But nvm since it's always the colonized areas that suck.

I don’t understand what is fail for slow merge? This is acceleration lane, the car should increase speed as the main flow does then merge, slow merge is dangerous
