I should start making repair videos. As a technician the main cause I see on stator motor style, is Bad SPEED SENSOR. Which is attached to the stator. It’s a 10-15$ part.

If the belt is just off the pulley, check the bolt holding on the pulley. They are well known to work loose and cause the belt to slip off.

Sometimes it will agitate or spin slow with a damaged stator and rotor

A bad drain pump or clogged filter can also cause the drum not to spin .. and it's a very common issues as well .. should've been added to the 5 top ... the controller would be the last point to check .

So nothing on YouTube worked, so I did my own analysis. Looking at the board there were some dirty parts on the components traces. After cleaning it with robbing alcohol.
It looked like one of the traces leads were rotten off maybe because of moisture or dust.

I used my phone camera to zoom in 10x times it's a realme xt phone.

I saw that it's indeed disconnected so I took a small flexible wire. Used fine sand paper on it so the solder would stick to it easily. I also used the sand paper to expose the leads on the circuit board. After cleaning it with alcohol I soldered the wire to the board to make the jumper.

I also noticed some of the components in the same area looked worn. So I took the heat gun put some soldering paste on the components. And covered any vulnerable plastic components with aluminium foil to help it not get burnt. After I use the heat gun to heat up the components, reflowing them it looked brand new. Plugged it in after and works perfectly.
