Thank you! We had a power failure while the machine was mid-cycle, and there was 3 inches of water in our front loader along with three SOGGY dog blankets. I used the advice in the video to drain the machine, and all is well!

OMG!!!
A machine as fancy as this and no spin only cycle. I’ve been trying for 4 hours now to spin some pillows that are stuck in the washer. I even rewashed them trying to get a spin out of the machine.
Oh…and did I mention that the instruction manual doesn’t even give instructions. All these buttons and flashing lights and no idea WTF they mean or are for 🙄🤦‍♀️🤯🤬

Does it have to be connected to the wifi first? Because mine doesn't and i can't put it on spin only.

In smart diagnosis it shows all normal operations.

Not working on my brand new washer. Light/cycle selection is not working and the door is locked. The manual is too difficult for a visually impaired person AND the door is now locked omg ☎️☝️

Yes, but how RINSE AND SPIN?? I tried pushing the Rinse+ only before spin and the machine wont let me… why is the design of this machine so difficult….

Such a shitty washing machine. Once my LG front load washing machine broke I’ll change to Bosch washing machine. Just spin mode require 14 freaking minutes, such a waste of time when I’m in a hurry!!!
