The motor is called a rotor and stator the new piece you replaced is called the hall sensor

What model Samsung is this? We have Samsung vrt plus wf45k6200aw that goes back and forth between rinse and spin and it would go for hours if I let it.

Im having a similar issue. We had mice chew through the diaphragm and the wiring for the pump within a year of having the washer. I replaced the diaphragm and my husband fixed the wiring. Now all of a sudden the washer will fill but wont spin. I messed with it all day today and it suddenly started to work, I got 1 load to wash and now its doing the same thing again. Will fill up but wont spin. It will drain though.

I replaced the hall sensor and the door switch and it still won't spin on my washer...I'm not giving up on it yet
