Wow, so interesting to see the face of this voice! I listen to your 4-7-8 guide everyday to and from work, and it does magic on me. Thank you so much for all your videos, you rock

I just wanted to add my understanding, that when exhaling, you are resting your diaphragm and using your intercostal and abdominal muscles, and when you inhale you do the opposite. So doing yoga twists and bends helps breathing by allowing for more relaxation. Diaphragmatic strength is really more about allowing breathing into the belly, ribs and back

Fascinating! On step 2 I found an interesting fear restricting the lateral expansion of my diaphragm. 🤔
Thank you for inspiring this awareness and upcoming exploration.

Have you done any videos about raising basal temperature using breathwork? I am always cold and have heard breathwork can help, but I'm not sure which methods to use.

My question is that with the passage of time practising deep breaths will improve our diaphragms?

I breathe through my nose 100%. This device would be useless for me. If there was one for the nose, I would use that.
