LINK in bio to my favorite protein pancakes mixes! I also love these muffin liners! They really help with things not sticking.

Usually make a double batch of these and free half of them since these freeze so well. These are also not sweet! If you like them sweeter you can add your sweetener of choice OR I love to add a pat of butter and dip mine in some pure maple syrup. Such a satisfying snack!

Ingredients:
2 cups Protein pancake mix
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla
cinnamon (however much you like)
toppings (I added blueberries, raspberries and chocolate chips)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all of the ingredients (except the toppings) to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined. Add your toppings And spoon into a muffin tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and muffins are cooked through. I like to add a little butter and maple syrup to mine when I eat them!

*makes 12 muffins
